Jeannetta Collier is recognized as one of the leading commercial real estate investing coaches and mentors in the nation. She began her professional career as an asset manager overseeing nearly half a billion dollars in assets. In 1994, she purchased her first warehouse building—at a time when there were only a handful of women in commercial real estate at her level.
Seeing the incredible financial potential of commercial real estate, she left her corporate career to pursue real estate full time. This decision allowed her to gain financial freedom, travel the world, invest in personal and professional growth, support her family, and give back to her community in powerful ways.
Jeannetta has served on the board of planning and zoning for 8 years; jumped into the wholesaling and renovation space, general contracting on small and large deal throughout the city and has been the developer on numerous of residential and commercial deals in and around the city.
